At Cobalt Counseling Group, we provide adult (18+) ADHD assessments designed to bring clarity and direction to your mental health care.
Our evaluations are intended for adults who do not require a comprehensive disability evaluation. The focus of this assessment is diagnostic, with the purpose of informing thoughtful, individualized treatment planning.
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD may be contributing to challenges with focus, organization, emotional regulation, or follow-through, this service is designed to help you better understand your experiences and guide meaningful next steps.
All assessments are conducted entirely through secure telehealth for adults located anywhere in Washington State.
We approach assessment with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Many adults have lived for years feeling frustrated or self-critical about attention or executive functioning challenges. A diagnostic evaluation can offer insight and relief — not a label for its own sake, but a framework for effective support.
Our goal is to help you understand:
This ADHD assessment is designed to provide diagnostic clarity and inform psychotherapy treatment planning. The evaluation focuses on understanding your symptoms, developmental history, and current functioning in order to guide appropriate clinical care.
Because this service is treatment-focused, it is different from a comprehensive neuropsychological or disability evaluation. It may not meet requirements for formal disability determinations or institutional accommodation documentation.
If you are seeking a full disability evaluation, academic testing, or specialized accommodation documentation, we are happy to provide referrals to providers who offer those services.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the type of evaluation that best fits your needs.
